All pure honey will granulate.  This change is the best proof of its quality. It can easily be restored to the liquid state by warming either in some hot water or microwave on low power without the lid. Honey provides a range of health benefits.

My Raw honey, which comes straight from the beehive, contains bee pollen, bee propolis, and plenty of antioxidants. Honey is unsuitable for infants under 12 months old.
