Chilterns Summer Honey

Enjoy the natural goodness of our RAW, unprocessed Chilterns honey, available in 113g, 227g or 454 g jars. Each batch is harvested with care from our beehives dotted around the beautiful Marlow, Cookham, Stokenchurch, and Chinnor areas—capturing the unique flavours of the local countryside.

Because this is pure, unprocessed honey, its colour and texture may vary depending on the seasonal forage—it may arrive set or runny. All real honey naturally crystallises over time, a true sign of quality. If you prefer it runny, simply warm the jar gently in hot water or in the microwave (without the lid) on low power.

Our summer honey is easy to spot by its gold lid.

Every jar of our raw honey comes straight from the hive and retains all the good stuff nature intended—bee pollen, propolis, and a wealth of antioxidants.
