British Summer Honey Comb

Straight from our beehives around the Chilterns, this summer honeycomb is raw honey in its most natural form, just as the bees made it.

Each piece is cut from the frame, so you get the delicate wax comb with the golden summer honey still sealed inside. The honey has the rich, full flavour you'd expect from a traditional English summer harvest.

How to enjoy it

• Spread comb and all on warm toast, crumpets or porridge
• Serve on a cheese board with a strong cheddar or blue cheese
• Spoon over Greek yoghurt, granola or ice cream
• Simply eat a piece from the spoon: the beeswax is edible and chewy

• Supplied in a pot with a push-on lid
• Each piece is unique, so weights vary: choose from the sizes available
• Store at room temperature with the lid on; no need to refrigerate

Honey colour and flavour may vary with the season's forage. Like all pure honey, it may naturally set over time.

Honey is unsuitable for infants under 12 months old.
